Abstrak

The objectives of tihis study are: 1. The description of the organizational culture, motivation and performance of teachers at the School SMKS Cinta Rakyat Pematang Siantar. 2. The influence of organizational culture and motivation on teacher performance at the School SMKS Cinta Rakyat Pematang Siantar, either simultaneously or partially. This research uses literature and field research designs. The population of this study were all 30 teachers of School SMKS Cinta Rakyat Pematang Siantar. The types of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was done by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The organizational culture is strong, the motivation and teacher performance is good. 2. There is a positive influence between organizational culture and motivation on teacher performance. 3. There is a modemate;y high corelation between organizational culture and motivation and motivation. The level of teacher performance can be explained by organizational culture and motivation. 4. The results of the hypothesis testing state that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive influence between organizational culture and motivation on teacher performance both simultaneously and partially at School SMKS Cinta Rakyat Pematang Siantar.
