Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1 To determine the description of  work enthusiasm, work environment, and employee performance at Kantor Camat Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun. 2. To determine the influence of  work enthusiasm, work environment, and employee performance at Kantor Camat Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun both simultaneously and partially. Data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research instrument test used is validity test and reliability test. The analytical technique used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Work enthusiasm, work environment, and employee performance are good. There is positive influence between Work enthusiasm, work environment, and employee performance both simultaneously and partially. 3. There is moderately high and positive between Work enthusiasm, work environment, and employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The level of employee performance can be explained by morale and work environment both simultaneously and partially. 4. H0 is rejected, meaning that work enthusiasm and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at  Kantor Camat Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun both simultaneously and partially.
