PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PROSEDUR KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV SURYA MAS RAJA TAWON PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. The description of work discipline, work procedures, and employee performance at CV Surya Mas Raja Tawon Pematangsiantar. 2. The effect of work discipline and work procedures on employee performance at CV Surya Mas Raja Tawon Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted using library and field research design. The population in this study were 40 respondents, namely employees at CV Surya Mas Raja Tawon Pematangsiantar. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The research instrument test is validity test and reliability test. Technical analysis used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1. Work discipline and work procedures are high, and employee performance is good. 2. There is positive effect between work discipline and work procedures on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.  3. There is moderately high correlation between work discipline and work procedure with employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Then the level of employee performance can be explained by work discipline and work procedures both simultaneously and partially. 4. H0 is rejected, meaning that work discipline and work procedures have positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Surya Mas Raja Tawon Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.
