PENGARUH KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) SERTA LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA TAMAN HEWAN PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

This studys hass tthe followiing objective: 1. To find the deescription off occupationall healthty and safetty, worrk environmentt, and employee performance at Pematangsiantar Siantar Zoo. 2. To determine the effect of occupational health and safety and work environment on employee performance at Pematangsiantar Siantar Zoo, either simultaneously or partially.The population of this study were 33 employees. Data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive.descriptive which includes multiple linearregression, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis and determination, and hypothesistesting.

                The results of this studys can bee summarized ass follow: 1. Occupationall Health and Safety is good, the work environments is good, and employee performance is good. 2. There is a positives influence between occupational health and safety and the work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. 3. There is an moderetely high and positive correlation between occupational health and safety and the work environment with employee performance either simultaneously or partially. Then the high and low performance of employees can be explaineds by occupationall health and safety and the work environment either simultaneously or partially. 4. The results of the hypothesis test H0 are rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between occupationall health and safety and the work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at Pematangsiantar Siantar Zoo.
