Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To find out an overview of the capital structure, working capital turnover, company size and company value at PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To determine the factors that cause a decrease in the value of the company at PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.This study was conducted using descriptive and comparative data. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The capital structure is subject to fluctuations and tends to increase. This is due to a significant increase in long debt followed by an increase in the company's equity. 2. Working capital turnover fluctuates and tends to decrease. This is due to an increase in net income followed by an increase in assets due to a significant increase in inventory. 3. The size of the company fluctuates and tends to increase. This is due to very significant assets annually. 4. The value of the company tends to decrease. This is due to a significant increase in long debt followed by an increase in company equity, an increase in net income followed by an increase in assets due to a significant increase in inventory, and a very significant increase in assets every year.
