PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING PADA KANTOR PENGADILAN NEGERI KELAS 1B PEMATANG SIANTAR
Abstract
The purpose of this study are to determine: 1. The description of communication on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1B Pematang Siantar. 2. The influence of communication on employee performance at Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1B Pematang Siantar. 3. The influence of communication on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1B Pematang Siantar. This research was conducted using library and field research designs. The population in this study were 25 employees. The types of data used were qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The research instrument test is the validity test and reliability test. The analysis techniques used were normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Communication, work environment, and employee performance are good. 2. There is a positive influence between communication on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable. 3. There is a moderately high relationship between communication and employee performance and a moderately high relationship between communication and employee performance moderated by the work environment. 4. The H0 is rejected, meaning that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then the work environment is able to moderate positively and significantly the relationship between communication and employee performance.
