Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1. To find out the picture of discipline, communication and performance of employees at the Head Office of the Simalungun Protestant Christian Church (GKPS) Pematang Siantar. 2. To determine the influence of discipline, communication and performance of employees at the Head Office of the Simalungun Protestant Christian Church (GKPS) Pematang Siantar both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The influence of work discipline, communication, and employee performance is good. 2. There is a positive influence between work discipline, communication, employee performance. 3. There is a good relationship between responsibility, work discipline, communication. Then the high and low performance of employees can be explained by work discipline and communication. 4. The results of the H0 hypothesis test are rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline, communication on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To increase employee work discipline, you should use finger printing in terms of absence so that employees are present in accordance with applicable regulations. 2.To optimize communication, superiors should increase familiarity with employees in order to create a harmonious relationship. 3. To improve employee performance, superiors should conduct training and guidance to employees.
