<p><strong>Objektif </strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) kelayakan bisnis koperasi di Kota Tasikmalaya berdasarkan enam aspek utama, (2) strategi pengembangan koperasi berbasis digital, dan (3) perancangan rencana bisnis koperasi untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran serta efisiensi operasional melalui teknologi digital.</p> <p><strong>Metode Riset </strong>Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodologi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei, observasi lapangan, serta studi dokumentasi terkait peraturan dan praktik bisnis di Tasikmalaya.</p> <p><strong>Hasil. </strong>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi di Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk berkembang melalui inovasi digital. Namun, terdapat kendala utama, yaitu infrastruktur teknologi yang belum sepenuhnya berkembang dan tingkat literasi digital yang masih rendah di kalangan pengelola koperasi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, koperasi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seperti platform berbasis aplikasi untuk layanan keuangan dan operasional, sistem pembayaran digital, serta pemanfaatan platform jejaring sosial dan e-commerce guna meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi bisnis.</p> <p><strong>Kesimpulan. </strong>Digitalisasi koperasi di Tasikmalaya berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dan jangkauan pasar, tetapi membutuhkan dukungan dalam penguatan infrastruktur dan peningkatan literasi digital bagi pengelola koperasi agar transformasi dapat berjalan optimal.</p>Ujang Eri JaenudinIsyana RahayuFarida LaelatulSiti Maulah

<p>This study aims to analyze the treasurer's performance in financial reporting accountability in the Public Relations Division of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. Financial reporting accountability is crucial for transparency and budget management in law enforcement institutions. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews with five informants, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through recording, reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that financial accountability has been implemented through internal supervision mechanisms, supporting document completeness, and layered verification to ensure transparency. However, challenges remain, such as delays in record-keeping due to complex bureaucracy and the need for more efficient monitoring systems. In conclusion, financial accountability in the Public Relations Division of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police is functioning well but requires optimization in efficiency and data accessibility. Digitalizing the financial reporting system could be a solution to accelerate the recording and verification process, thereby enhancing transparency and effectiveness in budget management.</p>Muhamad SaifullahDewi Cahyawati AbdullahNora Ariani

<p>This study aims to analyze the role of leadership motivation in improving the performance of members of the Gegana Detachment of the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five informants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that leadership motivation plays a significant role in enhancing members' performance through inspiration, encouragement, fostering sincerity in work, and professional development. Leaders who actively engage in the field, provide recognition, and create a positive work environment can strengthen members' dedication and loyalty. A humanistic and appreciative leadership approach contributes to increased discipline, work effectiveness, and readiness in handling high-intensity tasks. <p>his study aims to analyze the performance of police officers in administrative personnel services at the Human Resources Division of the North Morowali Police Resort. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, selecting informants through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that productivity, responsibility, and accountability in administrative personnel services have been well implemented. Police officers are capable of operating technology-based administrative systems such as the SiSDM application to support work efficiency. However, service quality and responsiveness still face challenges, including limited personnel, unstable network access to the system, and a lack of continuous training. Overall, while administrative personnel services have been functioning adequately, improvements in technological infrastructure and human resource development are necessary to enhance service effectiveness and quality.</p>Yulius BatulapaJuemi JuemiInce Dian Afnita

<p>This study focuses to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA), and inflation on stock returns in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018–2023 period. The research employs a multiple linear regression analysis approach using secondary data from company financial reports. The findings indicate that CR, DER, and ROA have a significant impact on stock returns, while TATO and inflation do not exhibit a significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables contribute to changes in stock returns. These findings provide insights for investors in evaluating financial factors that influence stock returns in the pharmaceutical sector. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of variables to enhance the accuracy of stock return prediction models.</p>Keysha AzahraRizal RiyadiDidit Pradipto
