Capital structure serves as the dependent variable, while asset structure and profitability are the independent variables. The population in this study includes all plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 13 companies selected using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through documentation of annual financial reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, with a significance value of 0.701 (> 0.05). In contrast, profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, with a significance value of 0.050 (= 0.05). These findings indicate that companies with higher profitability tend to rely more on internal financing rather than debt.
Anggraini Syahputri Debi Eka Putri Nelly Ervina Hendrick Sasimtan Putra Copyright (c) 2025 Anggraini Syahputri, Debi Eka Putri, Nelly Ervina, Hendrick Sasimtan Putra http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-08-01 2025-08-01 5 2 54 63 10.37403/strategic.v5i2.387 PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI DAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA DENGAN SOFT SKILL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Insan) http://jurnal.stiesultanagung.ac.id/index.php/strategic/article/view/386
This study aims to examine the influence of organizational involvement and academic achievement on students’ job readiness, with soft skills serving as an intervening variable, focusing on students at Universitas Bina Insan. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach, involving 85 respondents selected from a population of 543 students using a combination of stratified random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The analysis revealed that active participation in student organizations does not have a significant effect on job readiness, either directly or indirectly through soft skills. In contrast, academic achievement was found to significantly influence job readiness, both directly and indirectly through enhanced soft skills. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, both organizational involvement and academic achievement demonstrated a significant combined effect on students’ job readiness. These findings highlight the critical role of academic performance and soft skill development as key factors in preparing students to meet the demands of an increasingly competitive labor market.
Heni Angiasari Ronal Aprianto Fitria Wisdalia Maya Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Heni Angiasari, Ronal Aprianto, Fitria, Wisdalia Maya Sari http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-08-01 2025-08-01 5 2 64 86 10.37403/strategic.v5i2.386 KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM PEMBUATAN SURAT PERINTAH TUGAS PADA SATUAN RESERSE KRIMINAL UMUM KANTOR KEPOLISIAN RESOR MOROWALI http://jurnal.stiesultanagung.ac.id/index.php/strategic/article/view/340
This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in the preparation of the Task Order Letter (SPT) at the General Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Morowali Police Resort, focusing on three performance dimensions: responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies involving employees of Satreskrim Polres Morowali. The findings indicate that employee performance in terms of responsiveness is generally good, although there are coordination issues between units that cause delays and document revisions. In terms of responsibility and accountability, administrative errors were found, highlighting the need for improved attention to detail, oversight, and the more optimal use of information technology. The study concludes that measures such as optimizing digital systems, enhancing employee training, and improving supervision mechanisms are essential to increase efficiency and accountability in the preparation of SPT at Satreskrim Polres Morowali.
Nora Ariani Sarlian Copyright (c) 2025 Nora Ariani, Sarlian http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-08-01 2025-08-01 5 2 87 97 10.37403/strategic.v5i2.340 MEDIASI NILAI PELANGGAN DAN EFISIENSI TRANSAKSI PADA PENGARUH DIGITAL MARKETING TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN http://jurnal.stiesultanagung.ac.id/index.php/strategic/article/view/339

This research aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, customer value and transaction efficiency on customer satisfaction, the influence of digital marketing on customer value and transaction efficiency. This research is essential, considering that weak financial management remains a major barrier to the sustainability of MSMEs, despite increasing access to financial services through digital technology.

Research Method. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 MSME actors from various business sectors in Jepara Regency. The sample was selected through purposive sampling. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS version 4.0.

Results. The findings show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management capabilities, while financial inclusion shows a positive but weak effect. Fintech serves as a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of financial literacy on financial management but weakens the effect of financial inclusion on financial management.

Conclusion. This study concludes that the optimal use of fintech requires adequate financial literacy.
