The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire method, interview method and documentation method. Test research instruments with validity tests and reliability tests. The leadership role, responsibility and performance of employees are good. 2. There is a positive influence between leadership roles and responsibilities on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. 3. There is a moderately high corelation between leadership roles and responsibilities and employee performance. Then the high and low performance of employees can be explained by leadership roles and responsibilities. 4. Hypothesis test result: H<sub>0 </sub>rejected means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership roles and responsibilities on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.</em></p> <p><em>The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To improve the role of leadership, leaders should get closer to employees. 2. To increase responsibility, employees should manage time effectively and more kindly. 3. To assess the impact of Celebrity Endorsements and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions on the Shopee online shopping platform, both individually and collectively. Methodology: This study employs a combination of library and field research methodologies. The population and sample consist of 72 respondents. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data types, sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The research instruments underwent validity and reliability testing, while data analysis involved normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. Results:The findings of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Celebrity endorsements and word of mouth are assessed as very effective, leading to favorable purchasing decisions. 2. There is a positive correlation between celebrity endorsements and word of mouth regarding purchasing decisions. 3. A strong relationship exists between celebrity endorsements and word of mouth, significantly influencing purchasing decisions. The communication, office layout and job satisfaction is good. 2.There is positive influence between comunnication and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City either&nbsp; simultaneously or particially. 3. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is moderately high and positive correlation between the communication and office layout with job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City. Then the value of the coefficient of determination shows whether job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City is good. 4. H<sub>0</sub> is rejected, meaning that there is positive and significant influence between the communication and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City either simultaneously or partially.</em></p> <p><em>The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To improve communication, employees should be given the authority to convey their suggestions and strengthen good relationships with colleagues by interacting and exchanging information about work. 2. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive and inductive data. The data source used secondary data. Data collected documentation method. Based on the analysis of research, it can be concluded that liquidity and firm value tends to increase while profitability tend to decrease. Factors that cause the firm value increase are cash and receivables increased, equity increased and stock prices increased. Managers are responsible for cash maintenance, company size, company value, and stock sales, either collectively or sequentially. We used a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive methodologies to conduct our research. Data collection was carried out using documentation methodology. The analysis techniques used include classical assumption testing, linear regression, k-means clustering, determination, and hypothesis testing. The research question is as follows: Subsequent Funding Cash Flows and Firm Value are implemented after initial fluctuations. The company's performance fluctuated and ultimately deteriorated overall. 2) Purchase of cash flow shares from financing activities occurs the opposite, but multiple regression analysis shows that company size and company value have a negative effect. The correlation coefficient is used to measure the relatively low stock returns, cash flow from financing, company size, and company value. Important aspects of stock investment can be explained by considering the investment's cash flow efficacy, company size, and fixed value. The results of this study using descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) the average value of leverage and profitability tends to increase, while the value of the company tends to decrease; 2) the results of multiple linear regression can be seen that leverage has a positive effect and profitability has a negative effect on the value of the Company; 3) the results of correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a moderate relationship between leverage and profitability with the value of the company.
