The objectives of this study are 1. To find out the description of the leadership role, responsibility and performance of employees at the Siantar Marimbun Sub-District Office of Pematang Siantar City. 2. To determine the influence of leadership roles and responsibilities on employee performance at the Siantar Marimbun Sub-District Office, Pematang Siantar City, both simultaneously and partially.

This research uses literature research design and field research. The population in this study was 30 employees of the Siantar Marimbun Subdistrict Office of Pematang Siantar City. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire method, interview method and documentation method. Test research instruments with validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques include: normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis.

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The leadership role, responsibility and performance of employees are good. 2. There is a positive influence between leadership roles and responsibilities on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. 3. There is a moderately high corelation between leadership roles and responsibilities and employee performance. Then the high and low performance of employees can be explained by leadership roles and responsibilities. 4. Hypothesis test result: H₀rejected means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership roles and responsibilities on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.

The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To improve the role of leadership, leaders should get closer to employees. 2. To increase responsibility, employees should manage time effectively and more kindly. 3. To improve employee performance, employees should further increase their sense of responsibility and prioritize service over work.

The objectives of this research are: 1. To determine the description of work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at. 2. To determine the measurement of employee performance through work discipline and job satisfaction at the Pematangsiantar Police, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a library research design and field research. This study uses library research and field research designs. The sample used was 35 police officers using the cluster random sampling technique. The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument tests used were validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques consisted of normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results are as follows: 1. Work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance are good 2. There is positive influence between work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance Police 3. There is a moderately high correlation between work discipline and job satisfaction and employee performance. Then employee performance can be explained by work discipline and job satisfaction. 4. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This research instrument test is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. Servant leadership, work culture and job satisfaction is still uncertain. 2. There is a positive influence between servant leadership and work culture on job satisfaction. 3. There is a strong relationship between servant leadership and work culture on job satisfaction. The high and low levels of job satisfaction can be explained by servant leadership and work culture. 4. The results of the hypothesis test stated that H0 was rejected, meaning that there is a positive influence between servant leadership and work culture on job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially.

There is a modhetely nigh and positive relationship between organizational culture and work attitudes and employee performance. High and low employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and work attitudes. 4. Objectives of the Research: 1. To provide an overview of the effects of Celebrity Endorsements and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions on the Shopee online shopping platform, specifically among Semester VIII students for the Academic Year 2023/2024 at STIE Sultan Agung. 2. To assess the impact of Celebrity Endorsements and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions on the Shopee online shopping platform, both individually and collectively. Methodology: This study employs a combination of library and field research methodologies. The population and sample consist of 72 respondents. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data types, sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The research instruments underwent validity and reliability testing, while data analysis involved normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. Results:The findings of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Celebrity endorsements and word of mouth are assessed as very effective, leading to favorable purchasing decisions. 2. There is a positive correlation between celebrity endorsements and word of mouth regarding purchasing decisions. 3. A strong relationship exists between celebrity endorsements and word of mouth, significantly influencing purchasing decisions. The variations in purchasing decisions can be attributed to these endorsements and word of mouth. 4. The null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, indicating that both celebrity endorsements and word of mouth have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and individually.

Then the high and low performance of employees can be explained by work discipline and communication. 4. The results of the H0 hypothesis test are rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline, communication on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.

The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To improve the spatial aspect, teachers and students should help each other realize the beauty of a neat and comfortable layout for use. 2. To optimize facilities, every teacher should dedicate himself to the education of the nation's young generation and the sharp sensitivity of school leaders is one of the supporting factors for teachers in getting awards for their performance. 3. To increase job satisfaction, the principal as a leader should find a solution to the promotion of honorary teachers whose salaries are still below the minimum wage, such as recommending teachers to join the P3K program so that the welfare of teachers is equivalent to that of civil servants.

The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument test is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Facilities, customer satisfaction and location are good. 2. There is a strong and positive influence between facilities on customer satisfaction and facilities with location as a moderating variable. 3. There is a strong and positive relationship between facilities on customer satisfaction and facilities on customer satisfaction moderated by location. The high and low customer satisfaction can be explained by facilities and location as moderating variables. 4. Hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that facilities have an influence and are significant on customer satisfaction, then location is able to significantly moderate the relationship, facilities with customer satisfaction at Cafe Baravi.

This research uses a library research design and field research. The population of this study was 45 people, where the entire population was used as sample. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The results of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. Service quality, e-payment and customer satisfaction are good. 2. Service quality and e-payment have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 3. There is a moderately high correlation between service quality and e-payment and customer satisfaction. The high and low level of customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service and e-payment. 4. The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and e-payment on customer satisfaction at Pengangkutan Dutamasindo Pematangsiantar, both simultaneously and partially.

The purposes of this study are: 1. To determine the effect of communicstion and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan and Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City. 2. To determine the communicstion and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan and Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City either simultaneously or partially.

The study uses a library research design and field research. The population in this study were all civil servants at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan and Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City, totaling 41 employees. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The test instruments used are validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques consist of normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The communication, office layout and job satisfaction is good. 2.There is positive influence between comunnication and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City either simultaneously or particially. 3. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is moderately high and positive correlation between the communication and office layout with job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City. Then the value of the coefficient of determination shows whether job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City is good. 4. H₀ is rejected, meaning that there is positive and significant influence between the communication and office layout on job satisfaction at Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak in Pematang Siantar City either simultaneously or partially.

The suggestions from the results of this study are: 1. To improve communication, employees should be given the authority to convey their suggestions and strengthen good relationships with colleagues by interacting and exchanging information about work. 2. To improve the office layout, employees should instill an honest attitude at work and employees should be more serious when working by respecting their other colleagues by creating a more conducive and mutually supportive work culture. 3. To improve job satisfaction, agency leaders are able to control the work of employees through their respective heads of departments and employees are able to build good relationships with their colleagues to increase cooperation in carrying out their duties.

This research purpose to describe green accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value, as well as to identify the factors that influence the value of PT Bukit Asam, Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative data, with secondary data as the source. The data collection technique used is documentation, while the data analysis is conducted through qualitative descriptive analysis and inductive analysis techniques. The results of this research is indicate that green accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can enhance the value of PT Bukit Asam, Tbk meaning that the company's decisions regarding economic, environmental, and social performance contribute to increasing the company's value.

This research purpose to describe financial performance and factors that cause financial performance differences in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (GIAA) and PT AirAsia Indonesia, Tbk (CMPP) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data, with data source of data secondary. The data collection technique used is the documentation method, while data analysis is done through qualitative descriptive analysis, comparative analysis technique, and inductive analysis technique. The results of this research can be concluded as a follows; 1. The financial performance of GIAA and CMPP for the period 2018-2022 as measured by using the liquidity, leverage, and profitability ratios can be said to have created poor financial performance, while in the sales growth ratio of CMPP can be said to be able to obtain good financial performance; 2. The financial performance of GIAA is better than that of CMPP due to the liquidity, leverage, and profitability ratio of GIAA is able to obtain better financial performance than CMPP.

Based on the analysis of research, it can be concluded that liquidity and firm value tends to increase while profitability tend to decrease. Factors that cause the firm value increase are cash and receivables increased, equity increased and stock prices increased. Result of the analysis suggest that PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange must be able to improve the smooth collection of receivables and optimize all cash and cash equivalents owned by the company effectively, increase sales with working capital efficiency and control operating costs.

Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that eight cash flow ratios show that cash flow ratios fluctuate and tend to increase, but of the 8 cash flow ratios there are still those that are below standard 1, namely: Total debt ratio (TH), Free Net Cash Flow Ratio (AKBB) and cash flow Adequacy Ratio (KAK).

This research aims to examine the relationship between Stock Returns, Cash Flow from Funding Activities, and Company Size from the perspective of the Plantation Sub Sector. The focus is on companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses eight main variables: However, this document is separated into two parts: This document includes four parts: (1) personal profile, (2) company profile, (3) financial analysis, and (4) stock market analysis. Managers are responsible for cash maintenance, company size, company value, and stock sales, either collectively or sequentially. We used a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive methodologies to conduct our research. Data collection was carried out using documentation methodology. The analysis techniques used include classical assumption testing, linear regression, k-means clustering, determination, and hypothesis testing. The research question is as follows: Subsequent Funding Cash Flows and Firm Value are implemented after initial fluctuations. The company's performance fluctuated and ultimately deteriorated overall. 2) Purchase of cash flow shares from financing activities occurs the opposite, but multiple regression analysis shows that company size and company value have a negative effect. The correlation coefficient is used to measure the relatively low stock returns, cash flow from financing, company size, and company value. Important aspects of stock investment can be explained by considering the investment's cash flow efficacy, company size, and fixed value. When the F test is applied to actual investment, firm size, and firm value, there is an important simultaneous impact on the stock. price appreciation is observed. Stock returns remain unaffected by the partial influence of cash flow, company size and company value.

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: cash flow ratios tend to increase, the average value of 8 cash flow ratios is still relatively low and is below the Standard 1, there are only 4 ratios that are above 1, namely: Fund Flow Coverage Ratio (CAD), cash to Interest Coverage Ratio (CKB), capital expenditure ratio (PM), Free Net Cash Flow Ratio (AKBB). The cash flow ratio indicates a fairly good financial condition of the company. The company uses excess operating cash flows to purchase fixed assets (make investments) and pay long-term debts to creditors or make prive payments or cash dividends to owners or investors.

The purposes of this study are: To find out 1. overview of leverage, profitability and company value of food and beverage sub – sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. 2. to determine the effect of leverage and profitability on the value of the company in the Food and beverage sub – sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021 both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study using descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) the average value of leverage and profitability tends to increase, while the value of the company tends to decrease; 2) the results of multiple linear regression can be seen that leverage has a positive effect and profitability has a negative effect on the value of the Company; 3) the results of correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a moderate relationship between leverage and profitability with the value of the company. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that leverage and profitability are able to explain most of the company's value and the remainder is influenced by other variables; 4) simultaneous test results (F test) show that cash turnover and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability; 5) partial test results (t test) show that leverage has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on the value of the company.

The objectives of the research are: 1. To determine the picture of liquidity, asset structure, profitability and company value. 2. To find out the factors that cause the company value to decline at PT Merck Indonesia, Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.This study was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. The source of data used in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The average value of liquidity has increased every year. 2. The asset structure fluctuates and tends to increase. 3. Profitability fluctuates and tends to increase. 4. Company value fluctuates and tends to decrease. 5. The factors that cause the company value to decrease are current assets, current liabilities, total assets, sales and net profit after tax.The results of this study suggest that the companies should pay deb right at maturity so as to increase the value of the company and use assets optimally so that there is no buildup in assets. And companies should innovate on products to increase profits that will attract investors.

The results of this research are summarized as follows: 1) The multiple linear regression show that CTO and ITO have a negative effect on NPM; 2) The correlation coefficient analysis show a moderate relationship between CTO and ITO and NPM. The determination coefficient analysis show that CTO and ITO are able to explain most of the NPM; 3) The simultaneous test (F test) show that CTO and ITO have a positive significant effect on NPM; 4) The partial test (t-test) show that CTO has a negative significant effect on NPM, while ITO has a negative insignificant effect on NPM; 5) The results of the moderating test (absolute residual) show that liquidity is not a moderating variable.
