Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1. To find out the description of work experience, organizational culture and employee performance at the Jawa Maraja Bah Jambi Health Center. 2. To determine the effect of work experience and organizational culture on employee performance at the Jawa Maraja Bah Jambi Health Center, either simultaneously or partially. The research design used is library research and field research. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 31 employees of the Puskesmas Jawa Marja Bah Jambi Center who were also used as samples. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data collection technique used was the normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. good work experience, good organizational culture and good employee performance. 2. There is a positive influence between work experience and organizational culture on employee performance. 3. There is a modernatility high and positive coundation between work experience and organizational culture on employee performance. Then the high and low performance of employees can be explained by work experience and organizational culture. 4. The results of the hypothesis test stated that H0 was rejected, meaning that work experience and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially.
